Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts and orders placed with Acoola Europe SL (Shade and Decor divisions)

  1. The client is responsible for all necessary licenses.
  2. Payment: 70% down payment at order, 30% before the delivery of the purchase.
  3. Validity offer: 1 month
  4. Delivery: About 2-8 weeks after receipt of deposit.
  5. When the client makes the first payment on the order, he confirms the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. Direct debit, bank transfer or cash payments accepted.

Cancellation:

All orders are tailor made for the customer, therefore partial or full cancellation isn’t possible & orders can only be executed in full. In case of cancellation by the client, for whatever reason, all payments already made are non-refundable and are considered as compensation for loss & damages.

Delays: Acoola Europe SL will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the production resulting from any cause beyond its competence as the provisions of the law or government regulations, accidents, explosions, fires, windstorms, flood or other disaster strike, lockout, or other difficulty of work, riots, war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, shortage or inability to secure labor, raw materials, production or transport facilities. In the case of such delay, there will be no termination of the order and the delivery date will be extended for a period equal to the time lost due to the delay.

If the cause of the delay is derived by the client, by not giving access or not providing keys for the entry of employees to the place of work, Acoola Europe SL will charge an extra day of work, per day lost.

Disputes:

Parties agree to settle all disputes before the Courts of Malaga, according to Spanish Law.
